IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, “WE,” “US,” “ITS” AND “OUR” REFER TO FRAMEHAWK, INC. (“Framehawk”), AND “YOU” AND “YOUR” REFER TO YOU.  Before using framehawk.com, please read carefully this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) relating to your use of this website.

A.  Introduction

This Policy tells you how Framehawk uses and protects personally identifiable information collected through use of framehawk.com.   This Policy covers only information that is collected through this web site and no other web sites that may be linked to or from this web site, and does not cover information that may be collected through software downloaded from this site; nor does this Policy apply to practices of companies that Framehawk does not control or to people Framehawk does not employ or manage.

By accepting the Policy during registration, you expressly consent to Framehawk’s collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy and to all other terms herein.

It is possible for you to browse framehawk.com without telling Framehawk who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information about you. Access to certain Framehawk webpages requires a login and password.  This information may be retained by Framehawk to log software licenses granted, to track software or documents downloaded from those pages, or track usage of other applications available on framehawk.com.

Further, we may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce Framehawk or framehawk.com policies, in connection with a merger, sale of assets, or other similar corporate transactions, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect the rights, property, or safety or any person.

D.  Sharing Information

E.  Web Site Features

framehawk.com utilizes “cookies”, which are small files placed on your hard drive, to help analyze our web page flow, customize our services, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety.  Certain features are only available through the use of cookies, and generally we need to use cookies to help identify you and maintain your signed-in status. You are always free to decline framehawk.com cookies via your browser settings, although doing so may interfere with your use of framehawk.com.  You may encounter cookies from third parties on certain pages of framehawk.com that we do not control.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your personal information or private communications will always remain so.

Except as otherwise expressly included in this Policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. If you disclose your information to others, whether they are users on framehawk.com or other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply.

I.  Children

framehawk.com is not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from such children. If you are younger than thirteen, please do not provide any personally identifiable information to us. 

J.  Policy Changes

Framehawk may amend this Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on framehawk.com, which will automatically take effect ten (10) days after they are initially posted except as otherwise specified.
