Peter Badger, CEO & Founder

Peter leads Framehawk, driving the company with a vision for how mobility will reshape the opportunities for both enterprises and their customers.  Peter draws from over 20 years working on mission-critical applications within the IT departments of the world’s most sophisticated enterprises.  Peter held leadership roles in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and software development at Barclays Global Investors, Qwest Communications, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley.  Peter holds a BEng (Hons) in Computer Systems and Electronics from King's College, London University.  Peter has lived in San Francisco, Hong Kong, New York, London, carries 2 tablets, and was recently able to get mobile phone service while climbing Kilimanjaro.

Stephen Vilke, CTO & Founder

Stephen has made a career of identifying patterns and applying unconventional techniques to both solve technology problems and drive innovative business ideas.  Stephen runs research and development and sets technical direction for Framehawk. Stephen began his 20 years in technology as a physicist with NASA working on data reduction and graphic display software for spacecraft communications.  He managed global IT operations for Clarify for four years and, after the acquisition by Nortel Networks, Stephen became the CIO of the Alteon Websystems group.  Most recently he was vice president of technology architecture for Barclays Global Investors and CIBC.  Stephen has a B.S. in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley.  Stephen can demo Framehawk on a Nook, but when pushed claims to prefer his Droid 3 phone.


Matt Green, EVP Sales & Services

Matt builds sales and services organizations that know how to deliver what large enterprise customers need. At Framehawk, Matt is building the field sales and professional services organizations to drive customer development and revenue. Matt has been a software sales professional for over 25 years, helping companies transition from start-up through to the public market.  He joined BEA Systems, Inc., as the vice president of sales for the western region and over the course of six years helped the company reach $1 billion in revenue and served as president of worldwide sales. Most recently, Matt was the head of worldwide field operations for Cassatt Corp., an early innovator in the cloud computing space. Matt has a B.S. in Marketing and Economics from California State University at Chico. Matt is trying out a Droid 2, but is still a big fan of the keyboard on his Blackberry Bold.

Richard Watt, Director of Product Management

Richard is an expert in human-computer interaction and agile product development, and is applying both disciplines to mobile computing. Richard directs the product definition and development process at Framehawk. He spent his early career as a researcher, software developer, and architect with companies including Oracle, ThoughtWorks, and J.P. Morgan.  Most recently, Richard was a director of product management at Barclays Global Investors. Richard has an MSc in Human Computer Interaction from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Napier University.  Richard is already a fan of his iPhone 4S.

Jay Fry, VP Marketing

Jay brings new, innovative technologies to the enterprise IT market. Jay was VP of marketing for cloud computing pioneer Cassatt Corp. and then VP of marketing and strategy with the CA Technologies cloud computing business unit following Cassatt’s acquisition. Jay founded the marketing department at BEA Systems, Inc., and spent time running the company's European marketing program(me)s in London. He also held marketing roles at systems management start-up EcoSystems Software (now part of Compuware), Oracle, and Sun. He has a B.A. in English literature and communications from Stanford University. Jay blogs and tweets on IT management topics whenever possible from his iPad 2.

Joe Glynn, VP Professional Services

Joe excels at driving innovative and effective software delivery for large enterprises. He leads the professional services business for Framehawk.  Joe has held leadership positions in professional services, systems engineering, sales, product management and marketing for IBM, BEA Systems, CA Technologies, and Cassatt Corp. At Cassatt and CA, Joe helped pioneer the early deployments of cloud computing infrastructure in major client engagements in financial services, telecommunications, government, and MSP environments. Joe has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and MBA in Finance from Michigan State University.  Joe has one of every Apple mobile device and his MacBook Pro is currently running Lion and Windows 7 using VMware Fusion.
